- Present and sell the company products and services to existing and potential customers
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Prepare action plans and schedules to approach specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities and researches
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complaints in your assigned territory
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activities to the supervisor
- Confer with potential customers regarding product and service needed
- Responsible for payment collection of assigned accounts
- Attend meetings, sales and product trainings or other events as assigned
- Write reports and update the department management on a regular basis about the job and the market.
