• Implement the framework, and ongoing day to day management of the assigned construction projects. Provide ongoing operational and day-to-day support to the construction management team.
• Manage the construction budgets, schedules and cash flows
• Provide accurate reporting / forecasting in relation to project costs

• Coordinate the RFI’s, Submittals, Site Inspections, and all other Construction Administration required to ensure a successful project
• Manage commissioning reports, operational handover document packages, and provide a seamless transfer from construction to the operational teams
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meeting, and prepare minutes meetings
• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control
• Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to main contractor
• Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed
• Communicate with design team, procurement and management team to keep the project in effective process
• Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met

• Drive targeting, sales strategy as well as to stimulate new account growth, existing account activation, transaction utilization and retention.
• Gather feedback from team and customer to develop recommended solutions to upper levels.
• Compile competitor’s activities and propose action plan.
