Summary of Responsibilities:
To regularly update any change of compliance or government regulations;
To Interact and coordinate with External Auditors for its procedures, the basic requirements and its implementation fulfillments;
To Prepare and compose the Accounting policy and procedures;
To resolve any accounting discrepancies;
To Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures;
To prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, stock-purchasing, freights, importations and taxes;
To study the Financial Reports, in both internally & outsourcing professionals, with accuracy;
To develop, update and review the HR policies;
To monitor and manage employee’s complaints/concerns;
To control and manage the annual performance appraisal (performance benefits);
To accomplish other tasks assigned by CEO/COO
- To ensure that company objectives are achieved with
greatest value and on time
- Create long term overall business plan, implement, monitor
& evaluate performances to always be ready for changes
- Create documents flow of all departments, implement and
closely monitor the result to always be ready for changes
when necessity
- Ensure that all finance transaction is transparent
- Recruit efficient team members to achieve the goal with cost efficiency
- Create a positive working environment for team members
- Control and manage the overall quality of the company's products and services
- Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annually report and
statistical report to the higher management team
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers
• Travel with Delivery Team to collect payment (cash/cheque) from customers as per schedules & locations
• Print and hand out invoice/receipt/credit note/debit note to customers
• Perform payment clearing in system
• Maintain safe and deposit collection to company’s bank account
• Prepare Payment Collection Report, AR Aging Report, and other reports of transactions for Line Manager
• Ensure no counterfeit bills are received from customers
• Assist Line Manager in handling petty cash transactions and reports
• Can be traveling to the other province

** Purpose of position:
Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.
•Work closely with requesting department to review the job description.
•Prepare job announcement to be posted internally and externally.
•Work with recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates for requesting departments.
•Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
•Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers to interview the shortlist candidates.
•Prepare an employment contract for new employee
•Organize new employee orientation.
•Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs.
•Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
•Organize and execute college recruitment programs
•Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
