Position: IT Application Support Officer
# Position: 01
Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day to day activity related to Technical Support.
Good understanding of Database system and Query - PL/SQL
Daily report check-list from support team
Good Analytic mind
Perform assigned task by manager
Able to work under pressure and should be willing to work on any shift on rotational basis.
Perform End of Day Activity
• Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• 3+ years related software development work experience
• Analyzing the code base and assessing risks from a security perspective
• Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard
• Remediating security vulnerabilities in the code base and implementing best practices
• Bringing security considerations and requirements to software implementation
• Participating in regular security reviews for deployments and testing
• Handling tasks and managing priorities on development project
• To address all inbound helpdesk queries on DHL’s suite of Electronic Shipping Solutions applications.
• To resolve technical issues or where the issue requires further analysis by a Customer Facing IT Executive on-site, arrange an appropriate date/time with the customer for the on-site visit and investigation.
• To take inbound calls from customers during promotion of ESS tools to recommend DHL’s Electronic Shipping Solutions applications which is appropriate to their trading profile and encourage its usage.
• To improve Customer Satisfaction with Electronic Shipping Solutions applications.
• To increase efficiency and reduce cost by using Electronic Shipping Solutions applications.
• To provide feedback on Electronic Shipping Solutions applications.
• To train all the users of the Electronic Shipping Solutions applications.
• To participate in Electronic Shipping Solutions applications testing and monitoring of DHL’s suite of ESS applications deployed in-country to ensure proper functioning to meet customer requirements on the regular basis.
• To help area Customer Facing IT Executives during initial ESS products deployment to ensure adequate comprehension and proper usage of the tools
• To monitor and report on ESS tools usage by customers and conduct ad hoc data analysis and reporting
• Help customer diagnose the reasons for their problems and directly address the resolution of simple problems
• Escalate complex problems either locally or to globally ITSC
Any other tasks assigned by manager
• Visit customers with sales team to consult and do project site survey
• Support sale team to provide solution to customers
• Network (LAN/WAN) Designing and implementing
• Troubleshooting and performance customer’s network
• Ensure full company’s policy and department processes, procedures and best practices.
• Work with team and research to build the qualified & satisfied solution
• Build up skill bases for all relevant technologies
• Other assignment assign by manager
• Monitoring ATM transaction
• Monitoring ATM status
• Monitoring Camera security ATM
• Check on the site during ATM problem
• Cooperating with call support card center for customer card retained
• Keep Monitoring and Maintain Card Management System
• Check temperate and server at Data Center
• Start Generator During Electric Cut off
• Handle other task assign by Line Manager.

• Assess software issues and recommend solution and service pricing
• Install software and troubleshoot software issues for customers at both AnAnA Service Center and outside
• Consult and ask for advices from Software Supervisor in case of meeting difficult software issues or difficult operational issues
• Properly pack the repaired laptop/PC/hardware and give to Customer Service Team
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Software Supervisor

• Design databases for the purpose of data entry, processing and analysis.
• Support Customer service to solve problem.
• Develop new feature on billing system if need.
• Write script to generate report in case of Billing System does not have existing report in required format.
• Software Design
• Development and Code control

• Virtual Server Maintenance
• Virtual Server Capacity Planning
•Coordinates training and orientation for new technology users and helps them become familiar with equipment and networks
•Ensures all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assesses needs and requirements
•Organizes support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
•Monitors online security for users and networks and takes appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary
•Establishes relationships with technology and component vendors
•Oversees IT support department staff, including education, training, and call center specialists.
•Advises human resources colleagues on staffing needs and participates in the hiring and training process
•Manages departmental budget and tracks spending on equipment and staff

• Learn about Core Banking System.
