• Oversee the daily operations of Agriculture Division in Cambodia • Reports to Director of Agriculture • Support in planning and aligning the objectives and work plan to meet the company’s strategic needs • Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve daily issues which arises from the operations. • Review and set standard operating procedures in operations, safety and security and logistics management. • Assisting to forecast the financial needs of the operations management plan • Ability to plan, organize, strong management and leadership skills • Able to identify, negotiate and seek business collaboration opportunities • Participate and involvement in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate partnership) • Assisting Director in sales and export of the company’s fresh cassava and tapioca starch as and when is needed

• Ability to assist senior farm supervisor to develop work plan, expected result, and budgeting estimation as daily, weekly, monthly and annually for each block or area that his/her responsibility • Inspect, supervise, monitor, control, evaluate, record and tract data of daily field activities such as plant health, soil quality, weed cleaning, fertilization, pesticide spraying and preventive program and disease treatment and other relevant field activities and advise senior farm supervisor on problem/issue, requisition, material/equipment, approved work schedule • Manage and control, supervise the sub-contractor who do planting and harvesting ensured that sub-contractors follow company’s contract • Prepare planting claim request with sub-contractor and submit to farm manager for approval • Insect and check field regularly, gather field issue and undertake field performance assessment/evaluation • Prepare activity plan and schedule and budgeting plan for enhancing field operation in term of productivity, stability, effectively and economically • Observe workers to detect inefficient and unsafe work procedures or to identify problem, initiating corrective action as necessary • Prepare reports regarding farm condition, crop yields, diesel usage, machinery breakdown, or labor problem. • Estimate labor requirements for jobs, and plan work schedules accordingly; • Make reports on time of farm equipment, machinery, production and keep record and prepare estimation of need • Assist in drive and operate farm machinery such as trucks, tractors, or self –propelled harvester in order to transport workers and supplies, or to cultivate and harvest fields • Report to farm Manager of the cassava plantation regarding the farm progressing report • Other duties assign by the farm Manager

• Create and monitor system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets • Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets • Assign tag numbers to fixed assets • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed assets accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed • Reconcile the balance in the fixed assets subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulation depreciation • Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets • Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets are requested by management • Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets • Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations • Other tasks assigned by management
