• Provide merchant training
• Service and solving customer complaint
• Process merchant clearing and settlement
• Pos maintenance
• Service cardholder, billing and payment
• Daily and monthly report to managements

• Bachelor degree in banking or relate field
• Experience in card center or related experiences with MFI or banking industry
• Good Command in English.
• Able to use computer (Ms. Office, Internet, email, and power point)
• Good interpersonal, communication and persuasive skill
• Self transportation (allowance will be provide)
• Willing to work under pressure
