• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health at construction site.
• Coordinates with Operations Teams in setting up of procedures, policies, and instructions on occupational safety and health and organizes the auditing of implementation and efficiency.
• Hazard identification and risk assessment with the scope of project, make improvement plan.
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Monthly inspection with both maintenance and warehouse team on power tools, safety harness, and electric cable that actual used on site.
• Responsible for safety inspection tools and materials. And submit the inventory report of safety materials to HSE ASSISTANT/MANAGER.
• Provide regular monthly reports to the HSE ASSISTANT/MANAGER.
• Conduct toolbox meeting safety training to workers, technicians, and staffs.
• Strongly idea with development Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations at site.
