o Make sale plans to promote company’s produce to be accepted by customers
o Plan sale strategy especially for construction’s company
o Monitor and bolster sale to get the specified goals in the appointed area and products and inform sale related news to customers such as monthly news, discount target, and sale promotion
o Visit distributors, dealers, customers and related organizations to collect marketing, sale, distribution, economic, competition, and project works data and adjust data to always be up to date and use all the data to make sales estimation demand planning and advance order systematically
o Develop and improve produce distribution channels to be a sustainable leader and suggest about increasing or reducing the amount of customers to the supervisor
o Solve problems about product sale, transportation, and redemption of damaged goods and cooperate with customers to look for new sale opportunities or distribution channels
o Follow product debt payment and regularly consider about financial situation of customers
o Create all organizations database, follow and bolster sale to state and private's organizations to achieve sale target and give both presale and after sale service to the organizations
o Do other tasks as reasonably assigned by manager

o Bachelor's degree of civil engineer, marketing and sales or other relevant field
o 02 years’ experience of sale, marketing and admin with construction industry
o Good sale concept
o Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese
o Good negotiation and human relation
o Hardworking, honest, respectful, flexible and friendly
o Good communication, accountability and teamwork
o Have a very positive work attitude including willing to work longer hours during periods
o Can travel to province
o Computer literate word excel, internet and email
o Can be work in pressure
