• Reviews surveying or map requirements and resolves problems as needed.
• Prepare plots, maps, and reports
• Establish official land and water boundaries for deeds, leases, and other legal documents and testify in court regarding survey work
• Accurately calculates and records field data
• Apply standard scientific/engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations of standard methods and techniques in the field and office
• Prepare field notes and draw sketches of existing site conditions
• Prepare detailed daily job reports and discuss projects with supervisor on daily basis
• Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior

• Bachelor degree in Construction & Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 year’s survey drafting, boundary analysis, and field experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project related software
• Field work will require conducting boundary, topographic, utility, and architectural surveys
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and good at team work
• Very strong indoor and outdoor team management
• Self-motivate, Confident , Honesty, Independent, result-oriented can-do attitude
• Strong team and problem solving skills
• Good in writing/speaking/listening English
