• Oversee the operations of the technical and presale department
• Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues
• Work with department management to assign resources to projects
• Support sales and marketing department if required
• Check the quality of work at customer sites
• Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures
• Assign duties and tasks to staff as required
• Plan and implement improvements in department procedures
