• Understand customer needs and offers solutions, support, and provide recommendation
• Manage/ Organize and coordinate sales consultant’s schedules
• Keep all customer confidential information
• Maintain relationship with Sales Consultant by providing support on schedule’s rotation in dealers’ territories
• Establish relationship with new and existing dealer and recommend the solutions
• Contribute to team’s effort by achieving with sales target
• Update competitor’s activities in the market
• Prepare Sales report for manager
• Provide sales promotion plan and expand the loan market share
• Other tasks will be assigned by managers

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree at Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, and Management.
• Be able to speak and write English well
• Minimum of 2-year experience with sales or marketing in Finance/Bank/Leasing Industry
• Be confident, flexible and creative.
• Effectively solve the problem.
• Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality
• Have ability motivate and encourage other Sales Consultant with enthusiasm

Benefit:
• Salary (~Negotiation)
• Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation)
• 30$ per month for traveling from home to work
• 300$ for staff baby delivery both male staff and female staff
• 100$ for staff’s marriage
• 100$ for funeral contribution.
• 200% Overtime on public holiday
• 18 days per year for Annual leave, sick leave, special leave, public holiday
• Outpatient Coverage 50$ per staff/year and 25$ per child/ year
• 1 time per year on Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company
• Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year)
• Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit
• Staff’s lease with low interest rate
• Insurance NSSF covered by company
• HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor
• Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
