Position: Senior Product Development Officer

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
Report to: Unit Manager, Product Development
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage projects to run smoothly
• Collect all information and project requirement from client
• Coordinate with cross departments
• Update changes of project between client and team
• Monitor quality and deadline of project
• Meeting with Finance, Risk, Sale, Marketing and QA or relate department by making sure they agree with all
• requirement in project
• Follow up with development team of project status
• Training to all department to understand about process of project
• Checking with internal team with technology used to develop in project
• Design project flow of process
• Project planning and check quality of project with testers
• Initiate better internal processes.

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/MIS or related fields
2. 2-3 years experiences in product team and priority if in Fintech sector
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good team work and negation skill
5. Ability to work under pressure and extra hours to meet set target
6. Have experience related to programming such as Java, Android/iOS, web Programming, POS
7. Terminal and so on.
8. Strong Management and leadership skill
9. Can use English well in both speaking and writing
