- Receive video record and validate the application
- Review data and information quality issue within the digital channel
- Audit the source of information submitted to ensure the applicants are right to be activated
- Conduct phone call/video call validation while ensuring quality and accuracy of loan application
- Conduct determining all applicants’ financial eligibility and feasibility of granting the loans
- Conduct communication flow clearly and accurately after approval
- Access to a specific system and handle the tasks for approval based on procedure set
- Report to Data Manager and Field Manager
- Other tasks assigned by Data Manager/Field Manager

Job Requirement

- Have at least 2-3 years of credit experience working with credit approval
- Have Group loan approval/management experience as a strong plus
- University Degree in Banking, Accounting and Finance, Management or other related field
- Familiarity working within digital channel and a basic understanding of digital.
- Experience with Google Spreadsheets; Google Form/JotForm/Airtable or other platform is a plus
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet and E-mail
- Loyal and trustable person
- Willing to learn new things
- Self-motivation
- Proactive
- Friendly
- Good interpersonal skill
