1) Undertake daily staff scheduling when required.
2) Assign duties to the Room Attendants and Public area attendants.
3) Inspect staff turnout and issue keys/work sheets.
4) Inspect each room and all area outlets completed by Room Attendants and Public area attendant according to specified room checklist and ensure they meet the standards of the establishment in terms of cleanliness, functional and aesthetic value.
5) Check par stocks of linen and guest supplies and cleaning supplies on floors public area store and ensure timely delivery of soiled linen to laundry and requisition fresh linen from linen room, guest supplies/cleaning supplies from the stores.
6) Train all housekeeping staff for maximum productivity and standards of efficiency.
7) Submit performance appraisals periodically for each staff under his control.
8) Check all safety systems on the allotted floors and public area.
9) Check all maids’ carts to ensure it is well stocked with linen and supplies and as per standard layout.
10) Liaise with security on security aspects on guest floors and public area.
11) Follow up on maintenance orders sent to Engineering. Sign for work completed.
12) Check on the serviceability of all housekeeping equipment on the floor and public area.
13) Liaise with Front Desk for list of rooms that need to be cleared for sale and to make sure all special events like red carpet for vvip during function.
14) Pay immediate attention to complaints and special requests from guest.
15) Manages “Crash Programmed System” to maintain regular cleaning cycle.

Age: 25 Onwards

Gender: Male or female

Education: 1. At least High School Diploma
2. University graduate in management will be consider
3. Professional certificate Related with HK Management
Languages:
1. Good command of English both verbal and written
2. Khmer fluent in speaking, writing, reading
Qualifications:

1. Good knowledge of computer skills (word, excel & power point)
2. Good knowledge of HK Skills
3. Good communication skill and self-motivated
Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Housekeeping Supervisor
2. Have good leadership Skills, problem solver
3. Willing to work under pressure & Hard Working
Personality appearance:
1. Good team player and corporate attitude
2. Mature and Good initiative
Others:
1. Have the experience in pre-opening team is an advantage
