Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for our product condominium building
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentials market
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Organizing events and product exhibitions.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Checking the quantities of units on display and in executive condominium
- Recording sale and order information and sending copies to the sale office, or entering figures into a computer system.
- Reviewing your own sale performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers upon condominium price list.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance.
- Can travelling to some provinces & go on site to find customer.
- At least 3 years experiences with Sale Marketing/Customer Services/others related field.
- Desire to achieve the set target;
- Bachelor Degree MKT, Management, Sales, Marketing equivalent (Master degree a plus);
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills;High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic, and resilient new challenges
- Good analytical creative problem solving skills;
Strong organizational time management skills;
