• Create world class, user centered designs through
considerations of user research, business requirements,
customer feedback and usability study findings.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual
mockups, prototypes and visual design of web and
mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed user interface
specifications.
• Present design works to user experience, product,
business owners for review and feedback.
• Work with product and data team to assess and optimize
new and existing features and page frameworks
• Provide usability recommendations based on industry
best practices, analytics, and user behavior.

• At least 2 years’ experience as an Interaction Designer,
UI (User interface), UX (User Experience) Designer or similar role
• At least 1 years design experience in mobile and tablet
• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in
related field
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrate superb UI UI (User interface) skills
for mobile applications
• Advanced experience in creating and implementing
usability studies, personas, navigational structures, and
affinity diagrams required
• Experience with design tools, such as In Vision, Sketch,
Axure, or Marvel.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best
practices in these areas.
• Must have a strong design portfolio with examples of
well-thought out interactions and clear visuals for either
web or mobile applications.
• Partner with marketing and HR to manage our Careers
Page and rebrand through Day in the Life etc.
• Passionate about all things UI (User interface), UX (User Experience) and other areas of
design and innovation. Research and showcase
knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and
technologies.
• Open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
• Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance
• Fluent in oral and written in Chinese, Japanese, English is
a must
