• Be responsible for maintenance, preventive and repair of mechanical appliance within the factory. • Take good care and installation all necessary equipment in the production line (such as motor, conveyer, bearing…etc) • Manage and handle all related mechanical tasks within the entire factory. • Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Prepare monthly maintenance • Participate in checking quality of cassava tube and flour as well as and providing comments/suggestion and deemed necessary.

•Inspect, supervise, monitor, control, evaluate, record and tract data of daily field activities such as plant health, soil quality, weed cleaning, fertilization, pesticide spraying and preventive program and disease treatment and other relevant field activities and advise senior farm supervisor on problem/issue, requisition, material/equipment, approved work schedule •Manage and control, supervise the sub-contractor who do planting and harvesting ensured that sub-contractors follow company’s contract •Prepare planting claim request with sub-contractor and submit to farm manager for approval •Insect and check field regularly, gather field issue and undertake field performance assessment/evaluation •Prepare activity plan and schedule and budgeting plan for enhancing field operation in term of productivity, stability, effectively and economically •Observe workers to detect inefficient and unsafe work procedures or to identify problem, initiating corrective action as necessary •Prepare reports regarding farm condition, crop yields, diesel usage, machinery breakdown, or labor problem. •Estimate labor requirements for jobs, and plan work schedules accordingly; •ake reports on time of farm equipment, machinery, production and keep record and prepare estimation of need •Assist in drive and operate farm machinery such as trucks, tractors, or self –propelled harvester in order to transport workers and supplies, or to cultivate and harvest fields •Report to farm Manager of the cassava plantation regarding the farm progressing report •Other duties assign by the farm Manager

- Coordinator for food safety/ food quality project - Monitor/report the implemented Procedure for any corrections - Develop and apply HACCP documents - Update Material Specification Forms - Verify and Keep records of HACCP, GMP, or external documents - Provide training such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP to relevant staffs - Response training staff about Hygiene or safety in the factory

Assist Finance Manager preparing financial statements and reporting, including BS, PL, cash flow, forecast, with analytical review and commentary on variances. • Stock or inventory report: monthly inventory purchase, inventory movement report, wastage control report and reconcile to physic inventory holder • Regulatory and Compliance • Ensure Companies policy and procedure is consistently applied and provides guidance to other staff to ensure effective implementation • Assist Finance manager preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns. Responsible for all maintenance preventive and repair of mechanical appliance (heavy machines) To troubleshoot and rectify problem for material handling equipment

• Manage in cassava planting operation from planting to harvesting (soil plough checking, harrowing, pesticide and herbicide spraying, fertilizer applying, harvesting, cassava stock…...) • Manage the cassava stock, bride weight and make sure that cassava warehouse has no any insect • Manage harvesting and new planting planning with high seed quality • Make annual cassava growing planning for approval from the top management • Participate in looking for sub-contractor and planting quotation for cassava planting according to the plan • Compile the contract for cassava sub-contractor and improve from day to day • Prepare budget and request claim for sub-contractor and arrange all document related for claiming (Make sure that all data is check and correctly) • Compile procedure for sub-contractor to clear and claim planting (Planting land size measurement, job order, germination rate, size and height of the row, deep of plough) • Make cross check with sub-contractors for their all activities • Research and develop to improve cassava yield and efficiency of planting operation • Improve the policies, organizations and systems in support of company's mission • Liaise and interact with managers of other departments • Train and manage employee to improve their working quality • Participate in staff recruitment and make a draft job description of staff under supervise • Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors; inspect and verify that the work being carried out by the subcontractors is according to specification and contract • Manage and supervise to construct of all infrastructure in the farm • Take care and maintenance of all agriculture equipment and materials • Manage the day-to-day farm operation to ensure the operation runs smoothly • Follow up and Report farm activities to the management • Identify problem happened in the farm and solve the problems • Carry out other tasks assigned by management
