 Provide overall operational supports to the branch staff  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation of the bank accounts with other banks  Update/maintain fixed assets register  Assist in the coordination and prepare training/workshop/meeting materials  Liaison with suppliers on administrative purchases (i.e. stationery, toners, refreshments, etc.)  Handle and control postal, courier services, etc.  Liaison with local authorities and other third parties on all administrative issues  Manage and maintain branch physical property and ensure they are clean  Oversee the administrative details of security staff

Key Responsibilities: • Lead in developing and updating the compliance checklist and carrying out compliance checks • Develop and update legal and regulatory compliance tools, policies and procedures in compliance with external regulatory requirements • Lead in developing and updating policy, procedure and guidelines to make sure appropriate Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) strategy is implemented properly and effectively • Perform client risk profile to assign AML/CFT risk rating. • Assist on prepare all correspondent letters to/from external parties • Preparing and submitting appropriate reports to regulatory authorities • Update the status of non-compliant issues which breach to policies and procedures including the remediation actions and report to relevant Committee • Assist to Complete AML questionnaire for correspondent banks, RMA banks, Vostro and Nostro Account, and other local banks • Oversee FATCA / CRS registration and reporting. • Attend Ad-hoc tasks as requested by business unit. • Planning and implementing annual training plan.

• Handles and manages all the loan collection • Deals and meets with customers directly for compensate the payment • Contacts closely with local authorities by solving the problem in order to speed up the procedure • Negotiates and finalizes with lessee for customers who are difficultly to pay • Manages and controls the master list of late payment • Conducts and checks the home investigation by strategic and effective action • Manages and controls the daily, weekly, and monthly collection lessee’s schedule • Facilitates and prepares the monthly collection report and action plan • Creates and makes the daily & monthly collection performance report • Provides a strong support to other related departments • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
