• Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software
• Working with teams to discuss the images they require
• Coordinating the publication with printing-house suppliers.

• This position is to manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operation Department.
• Ensure that all workings are operated in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
• Communicate job expectations: planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Forecast requirements: prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiating corrective actions
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
• Work closely with CEO and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings

• Check the actual size of each project and make layout plan.
• Drawing and design layout after visiting the project site.
• Provide details drawing and materials list to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspection to monitor and evaluate the project progressive.
• Present the details of design concept and drawing to site controllers and stakeholder before implementing the project.

• Oversee all marketing efforts for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Create comprehensive marketing field trips in line with company goals and objectives.
• Aid in developing strategic marketing plan, and monitor effective execution of plan.
• Manage and improve all marketing campaigns, measuring results.
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments in ensuring sales growth.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to Executive Management.
• Prepare budget forecast and maintain tight control on budget.
• Search and analyze for potential strategic partnerships.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
