• Control the correct delivering & receiving of goods and inform appropriate supervisor in case of discrepancies. • All kind of products (SKU) must be ready for retail and whole sales operation • Inform to concern persons to be strictly implementing of FIFO procedure, by following products code • Closely monitoring with SOH in order to have sufficiency stocks for replenishment of all particularly location. • Maintain all warehouses area are clean and well organised way. • Respect merchandising guidelines. • Control expiring date and ensure efficient stock rotation. • Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies • Assist in executing daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventories. • Make sure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner. • Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention • Unloading, Offloading goods from truck-warehouse-truck. • Assure that all activities of warehousing and systems correct with the need of the company.

• Prepare and control vehicle (transportation) for sale team • Documents control • Coordinates and build good relationship with all stakeholder such as Logistic department, products loading to arrangement, products sample deliver, …. etc. • Check Display, Trade offer, trade promotion, Incentive • Daily closing stock • Push sale and wholesale (call check) • Collect market feedback • Prepare and check sale statistics • Customer satisfaction survey • Product recall • Prepare and check all sales report • Prepare and check monthly and yearly sale plan • Other will assign by management

- Follow up email from oversea agent/ Supplier - Controlling IMP-EXP shipment by sea/air - Issue TBL/HBL Then sent to Oversea Agent and Factory - Checking shipment status of Operation / Brokerage team - Checking all inquiry by sea/air / trucking - Check and update customs clearance processing to customer - Prepare Document for apply at Customs Office (Import Permit/Evaluation Permit/ C/O) - Booking to shipping line/ Air Line/ Trucking company - Solve problem with customer/ customs if any problem - Make appointment with customer and sent the quotation - Do weekly reporting - Response for all inquiry from Oversea and relate import export clearance

- Customer service - Release BL to customer - Making HBL to customer ( FCL shipment + Co-load shipment ) - Verification between HBL & MBL - Issue invoice charge to customers - Collect AP, Posting AR & AP -Follow up with supplier & customer for any issue related

• Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers • Work closely with operations / accounts / sales teams to ensure that sales, operational and business performance targets are achieved. • To monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment. All discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly • To exceed sales targets in accordance with the requirements provided by the Sales Management and company policies. • Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers. • Carry out sales calls/ sales visits • Ad hoc job duties as requested by the Sales Manager

• Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by DRs/Sup/WS Executive. • Ensure monthly area volume is achieved by DR/Sup/WS Executive. • Ensure the area distribution target is achieved. • Provide competitive activities report to Line Manager and BAT Officers on time in full. • Deal with both existing customers and new customers. • Prepare monthly sales report to Field Manager • Follow up distributor performance • Others assign by Field Manager

- Control whole export - Issue Tax Invoice & Debit Noted, Issue BL - Checking and update system - Closing P&L - Deal with customer and oversea agent for any inquires or doubts. - Communicate with warehouse team - Keep follow up with customer and take care of them. - To do monthly Report Export submit directly to Boss

A. Managing Staff & Operators to ensure collective teamwork where needed and to optimize skills & daily work of the subordinates accordingly. (Visual and process time evaluation) B. Maintain a clear record of stock RCVNG, verification against PL & manage accurate location management in designated areas. C. Manage all Imports unloading – Inspection – System GRN & Location placement within the stipulated time line. D. Prepare location for new imports well in advance to avoid bottlenecks while unloading. E. Maintain timely & accurate issuance of trims & packaging RM for the KITs based on loading plan to the production & move the required items from the bulk stores to the mini rack area 24 HRs before the loading schedule (Exceptions needs managed firmly with crashed LT). Storing in this area based on Line number to be maintained at 100%. F. Ensure FIFO is practiced and followed. G. Ensure 100% system issuance of RM before picking from bulk stores. H. Maintain measure and release for loose measurable items and maintain +99% accuracy. I. Manage Timely replacements of rejections and moving rejected RM to the rejected WH physically and through systems. J. Restrict all manual issuance activities & additional issuance w/o the authority of PCU Manager (Managing this function) K. Keeping the WH clean and organized always through consistent supervision and leadership. (Visual evaluation) L. Maintain correct location labels and change based on season/style/item. M. Managing quarterly stock count and maintaining +99% accuracy in system & physical stock. N. Timely reconciliation of RM at the end of the season with accurate location & qnty details. The stock accuracy needs managed above 98% for each item/color. O. Manage all necessary documents (Ex: BCC, issuance proof notes) in order. P. Preparation & share of monthly stock statement Q. Maintain safety & hygienic protocols of the workplace. • Apart from what is given above, any day-to-day, business related responsibility given by the superior/ Manager should be followed & completed in a timely manner. • Failure of fulfilling the main KPIs will be considered a negative trait to the business and a proper performance evaluation will be made as deemed necessary. • Liabilities caused to the business due to improper/inaccurate command of the above main KPIs will be taken strongly and disciplinary action will be taken where deemed necessary. This could be verbal advice, verbal warning or a written Warning letter. If the same mistake/error continues from an individual causing financial or reputable damage to the business, such individual will be suspended of work permanently after two written warning letters. • Any individual who excels on the above KPIs will be recognized and treated in such a way to appreciate the positive contribution and will be rewarded annually. • Disclosing Salary details & embezzlements of any kind will not be tolerated by the company and result in an immediate termination of the employment.

• Offer administrative and operational supports to service center operations • Work with other team-mates to perform and complete day to day activities • Process inbound material upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers and that material not going out for delivery is secured according to the Security policy and procedures • Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures • Capture information - and make available to the Network - information required for a shipment, piece or handling unit at the service center according to the standard procedures • Keep the process area clean and tidy and make sure it is ready for the next process cycle • Ensure that all relevant equipment is operating and take corrective actions where equipment failure and to be proactive through taking action where equipment is falling below operating standards • Expand knowledge of other roles within Operations in order to carry out these functions through a rotational shift mechanism.

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the general public.
