• Be responsible for maintenance, preventive and repair of mechanical appliance within the factory. • Take good care and installation all necessary equipment in the production line (such as motor, conveyer, bearing…etc) • Manage and handle all related mechanical tasks within the entire factory. • Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Prepare monthly maintenance • Participate in checking quality of cassava tube and flour as well as and providing comments/suggestion and deemed necessary.

Open and close the milk tank when it is necessary during running 9. Check and monitor the computer system whether it work or not 10. Follow the plan operational procedure the accomplishment of production goal 11. Check and monitor the non-conformity in processing and computer room section 12. Other work will be assign be factory manager

• Flow the water out of the tank and boiler • Open the clean water to boiler tank • Monitor valve around boiler whether is intact or not • Check and clean ash conveyor • Monitor the water clock and heat temperature clock • Inform to production section for enough or not • Check the oil of each motor • Report to production leader and factory manager • Check the coal for running boiler and clean the coal filter • Monitor the level of coal that put into the boiler • Ensure the safety procedure to run the boiler • Design the safety sign in order to apply to boiler • Other work is assign by factory manager

• Set objectives and targets, establish marketing and promotion plans • Seek new business opportunities to capitalize on the growing business • Formulate sales and marketing strategies to market cassava starch products • Handling of the sales and purchase contracts • Acquire new customers, attend to customer queries and prepare sales quotations • Liaise with banks and customers, prepare shipping and banking documents • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises • Improve existing policies, procedures and control system to align with company’s goals. • Assist the Director to perform all the activities above or other tasks assigned.

- Undertake desk and out-of-office based research to support the BD team in identifying and developing new opportunities. - Research & deliver intelligence that will inform proposition development under the supervision of the BDM. - Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors; market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness in the Real Estate sector. - Support BD Team in general business development activity where necessary, for example preparing for and supporting events, investor visits and meetings etc. - Support BDM in management activity, wherever necessary, for example attending meetings recording minutes etc. - Develop and nurture a network of contacts that will support the work of the BD Team. - Research and contact key individuals of influence at target organizations to assess and qualify their need for Land & Houses’ services. - Analyze current and past data and develop strategies to cut costs and/or increase revenue. - Develop presentations and pitches to relevant parties under the supervision of the BDM. - Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with the BDM to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities - Adopt a co-operative and positive style of working with other Land & Houses staff and with partner organisations with a shared interest in the Real Estate sector in Cambodia - Other duties as assigned by management.
