Main Responsibilities  Supervise a team of interior design, site controlling and electricity to ensure that the project deadline is met.  Prepare project proposal based on clients’ need and concept and present it to them.  Manage interior design team by providing concept and best practice to interior design work.  Prepare quotation and propose some available material for the clients.  Follow up with interior design team and site controlling team to check up project progressive based on project schedule.  Prepare and update project schedule for each project for project progressive monitoring.  Prepare BOQ of each project and method statement  Work with sub-contractor to ensure that the given tasks are completed by schedule.  Conduct site visit to see the actual completed work vs prepared schedule, progressive project.  Check ordered material with its specification.  Provide technical support to interior design team, site controlling team, electricity team, and sub-contractor.  Make payment to sub-contractor based on contract and team of payment.  Prepare weekly report to design manager  Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Prepare architectural details as and when required for project execution. • Work closely with MEP’s contractors on site to ensure that works are carried out following specific standards • Address modifications desired by clients, submit a new request for a change, seek approval for redesign • Ensure that the architect design is delivered by the contractor and deal with any design-related problems that arise during construction • Liaise with the procurement department to ensure adhoc material supply to the site on a timely manner • Counter-check materials quantities and quality throughout project and post project completion • Control purchased materials usage and wastage, and optimize stock in terms of re-usage • Regularly visit site to check on progress and ensure that the project will meet the schedule and budget • Prepare and monitor closely construction schedules • Other tasks assigned by General Manager

This role works under the management of Senior Site Engineer, Building and accomplish construction project. • Stand in for Senior Site Engineer (Building) if needed. • Help Senior Site Engineer (Building) assisting the work of Site Manager as follow. • Government Office correspondence duties. • Support Administration senior staff about neighborhood correspondence duties. • Draft construction plan and temporary plan drawing. • Staff placement. • Operating budget management under direction of Site Manager. • In charge of the environment, safety. • Make the contract plan with the labor, sub-contractor, and material supplier about building works. • Check and instruct the labor and sub-contractor about safety environment. • Make the payment plan with the labor, sub-contractor, and material supplier. • Meeting with construction drawing staff. • Go through payment procedures. • Process control person in charge of building works. • Quality control person in charge of building works. • Order enforcement to staff and sub-contractor based on plan. • Employee education by OJT and performance evaluation. • VE, CD suggestion. • Foreign duties about building works. • Handling of problems about other building works. • Execution of monthly report to Senior Site Engineer (Building) • Draft and complete method statement in a timely manner (Zero failure). • Report any issues to Site Manager in a timely manner.
