Working Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh Deadline: 27-December-2020 Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and direct the design, development and implementation of test automation architecture and framework. Apply advanced technical expertise to ensure that QA testing is well defined, planned and successfully executed. Serve as the lead resource in key domains and systems on QA techniques, tool sets and testing; facilitate and oversee the QA work including test plan development, complex testing and reporting on medium to large-sized projects. Conduct audits to measure and ensure adherence to established QA standards for SDLC processes. Actively participate in release/project meetings with business users and development team members to coordinate the creation of end-to-end test plans. • Correctly record and label received PC/Other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess hardware issues and recommend repairing solution and service pricing • Repair hardware and/or similar devices at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Suggest Hardware Team Leader to order hardware’s parts for the purpose of replacement • Consult and ask for advices from Hardware Team Leader in case of meeting difficult hardware issues or any other operational issues • Properly pack the repaired PC/other hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report of the team to Hardware Team Leader

• Control outsource team for good quality on laying cable, must check spared cable & splitter box on customer’s pole & must note clearly spared cable meters to make sure outsource team has spared cable on pole properly. • Draft map drawing with clear numbers of pole for reference • Survey by Google Earth and by on site (walk and measure the cable length & sketch cable route by hand) • Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable. • Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground. • OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as: o Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested, o Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team, o Responsible for all maintenance cases on time,

To implement and manage the Disaster Recovery and Data Continuity Plan to prevent from critical and high risk of any failure. The main task is to responsible for ongoing middleware operations that provides 24/7 up and running with the minimum impact.
