The main purpose of the “Solution Architect” position is responsible for designing and modifying the system architecture for bank products with approximate solution and technology to ensure the design meets with the bank vision. Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh Duties and Responsibilities .Do the technologies assessment within the bank and determine ways to improve. .Documenting the technologies roadmap for the bank. .Assist development team regarding the domain and product. .Provide the details for propose solution and document all of them. .Provide the analyze of application security protection and guidelines. .Primary focusing on mobile banking and internet banking and other banking channels if needed. .Work with business team to understand the business requirements and provide the suitable solution. .Hosting workshop, coaching sharing to the team to ensure the team is on track and up to date with technology, frameworks and patterns. .Work with information technology department on hardware provisioning, planning based on bank product roadmap. .Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

i) Job Description • Manage IT administration, computer set up (MS 365) and repair/maintenance and networking • Troubleshooting and Fix internet issue when getting loss of Wi fi and also fix safety camera • Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works • Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports • Weekly report to the line managers but must be immediately report if any critical issues found • Maintain and administrator of Email, Surveillance Camera Security, Server, Firewall, Computer Network Equipment (Switch, Router, Mikrotik,) • Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger print, Network Devices and Utilities including virus cleaning • Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware • Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods • Provide smoothly communication with IT team • Adapt with workplace environment and quickly learn the new technologies • Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements. • Support system to ensure that all user working smoothly (SAP, Blue) • Work coordinate with system vendor when any error or any update/upgrade • Other tasks are assigned by Manager

• Correctly record and label received PC/Other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess hardware issues and recommend repairing solution and service pricing • Repair hardware and/or similar devices at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Suggest Hardware Team Leader to order hardware’s parts for the purpose of replacement • Consult and ask for advices from Hardware Team Leader in case of meeting difficult hardware issues or any other operational issues • Properly pack the repaired PC/other hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report of the team to Hardware Team Leader
