• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service • Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment • Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. • Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues • Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable • POP maintenance

Key responsibilities... • Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling • Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network • Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs • Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices • Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work • Do regular data backups to protect the organization’s information • Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh Report to: Sr. Unit Manager, Security Operation Centre Deadline: 17-Aug-2020 Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor Log files, users’ access, intrusion detection & intrusion prevention system, physical security, premises, and another network activity on daily basis. - Assist manager for project implementing and implementation security solutions. - Schedule perform a penetration test on applications and network firewall external/internal. - Update training materials and provide training on information security awareness to all staffs. - Assist in the research, development, communication, maintaining, and work with the related operational units and departments on the enforcement of Information security architecture, policies, procedures, solutions and standards. - Report on information security status, incidents, and recommend an appropriate resolution. - Perform other task assigned by supervisor.

•Setup new store network and software (internet, point of sale, cctv camera, printer…) based on infrastructure provided by head of IT; •Install and configure POS system for stores; •Manage and maintain POS system; •Collect and analyze reports of POS system; •Support users (both office and stores) by installing needed software, check on the problem that users request to help and find solution to fix •Troubleshoot computer maintenance: hardware and software; •Provide IT support for HO, T&C, TAK and Lotteria stores; •Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
