Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome walk-in customers for all inquires
Provide information, explain and show the available products to customer
Track all the sale reports and prospective customers
Assist other assigned tasked by supervisor
1. Manage daily retail operations and store related matters such as product knowledge, sales and service management, staff supervision and motivation, hiring and retention of staffs, and monitor completion of daily task list.
2. Leading the retail team in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve established goals.
3. Responsible for the budget and P&L of the retail outlets business, increase sales and profitability across all the assigned outlets, analyzing sales figures, interpret and maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and forecasting future sales and inventory levels to maximize profit and minimizes cost.
4. Liaise with Marketing Department in planning and implementing promotions and events in retail outlets.
5. Plan and organize the opening of potential new outlets.
6. Optimize the assortment of product merchandising and display in all outlets.
7. Monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Counseling, guiding and motivating teams in SOPs and improving team members’ competencies in relation to their roles and responsibilities.
9. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
10. Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors.
11. Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
12. Responsible for routine stock maintenance tasks, to manage and monitor physical stock quantity are matching.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
- Conduct daily sales outside office and collection customer information

- Provide consultant service to address potential clients' interest establishing suitability of the potential clients' visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, and face to face meeting
- Present and sell immigration services to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients' relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Provide regular follow up on enquirers received
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by Manager to assist with smooth operations of the organization
- Travel opportunities to conduct, partake, and attend in seminars

• Prepare daily call plan and regularly visit customer
• Make sure all sales tools are always along with when visiting customer
• Ensure stock pressure, product freshness, product display standard and sales target are achieved
• Expand point of sales by opening new accounts and combing the routes of visit in assigned territory
• On time reporting
• May perform other tasks assign by Sale Supervisor and management
Key Responsibilities
Builds rapport and customer relationships and qualifies the customer’s requirements
Demonstrates the JLR Customer First Behaviors in all interactions with customer and colleagues
Support customers in all the relevant of customer’s needs, demand and customer satisfaction
Ensure sales opportunities are maximized for the full range of JLR Services and products, including warranties and service plans
Coordinates in purchase and sell process of customer and also dealership’s service support
Liaises with administrative colleagues to ensure the documents, contracts, record keeping or other administrative tasks goes smoothly
Participates in planning sales and marketing campaigns and promotions
Manage the display of products and merchandise
Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Create sport community in Cambodia based on passion and happiness through sport.
Recruit and manage a team of sport player with a common dream of sport accessibility to Cambodian.
Manage my sport performances and make Decathlon (Store and Online) become first sport meeting of Phnom Penh.
• Meet Sales target as assigned by the management

• Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management
