• Drafting of mainly structural / architectural drawing of building and bridge
• Filing of drawings, issuance and keeping of records
• Do as built measurements and drafting
• Liaise with consultant for drawing verification

D. Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday (Monday – Friday From 7:30 am to 5 pm & Haft day in Saturday)
- National holiday and annual leave by Cambodia labor law.

• Reviews surveying or map requirements and resolves problems as needed.
• Prepare plots, maps, and reports
• Establish official land and water boundaries for deeds, leases, and other legal documents and testify in court regarding survey work
• Accurately calculates and records field data
• Apply standard scientific/engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations of standard methods and techniques in the field and office
• Prepare field notes and draw sketches of existing site conditions
• Prepare detailed daily job reports and discuss projects with supervisor on daily basis
• Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior
• Implement the framework, and ongoing day to day management of the assigned construction projects. Provide ongoing operational and day-to-day support to the construction management team.
• Manage the construction budgets, schedules and cash flows
• Provide accurate reporting / forecasting in relation to project costs
• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/ main contractor
• Coordinate the RFI’s, Submittals, Site Inspections, and all other Construction Administration required to ensure a successful project
• Manage commissioning reports, operational handover document packages, and provide a seamless transfer from construction to the operational teams
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meeting, and prepare minutes meetings
• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control
• Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to main contractor
• Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed
• Communicate with design team, procurement and management team to keep the project in effective process
• Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met
• Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior
