- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
- Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
- Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
- Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team from property visits.
- Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
- Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
- Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.

- Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll - Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Orientation Program.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure the company’s compliance with local Labor Laws and related statutory requirements.
- Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to the Accounting Department.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Prepares daily expense and monthly expense;
- Prepares PR and PO in order to process petty cash;
- Assists in drafting main contract or sub-contract;
- Documents the legal/formal files relating to contractual issues under the Administration Department;
- Assists in raising purchase requisition manage the procurement process as well as the movement of all office/kitchen supplies within the Company;

- Understands the good procurement practice in order to comply with the company’s Purchasing and Payment SOP;
- Performs daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes; copying and collating other admin documents, and other routine duties necessary to assist the management team;
- Arranges for lunch or dinner for visitors or staffs upon request;
- Arranges for local transportation for both visitors and staffs, and manage car log book;
- Assists in organizing the team building, celebration, and other team gathering parties;
- Assists to ensure the office is maintained, clean, and in good operating condition; and
- And any other tasks as assigned by Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Dealing with all operational matters duties in Cambodia.
• Customer services.
• Following client during tour and handle troubles if any.
• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Reserving/Inspecting services & suppliers: hotel, transportation, restaurant..
• Working in Siem Reap, 5.5 days per week.
Monday to Friday: from 08.30am to 12h30pm - 01 hour for lunch break - and from 13h30pm to 17.30pm.| Saturday: from 08.30am - 12.30pm.
-Cleans and maintains all public areas
-Sweeps carpets.
-Empties ashtrays and urns.
-Polishes furniture and fixtures.
-Vacuums and polishes elevators.
-Keeps the front of the hotel free from trash.
