Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for door-to-door promotion of CAB BANK products and services in a professional manner, explaining its features and benefits to customers;
• Propose strategic locations and sales calls schedules to conduct sales activities in promoting bank products and services such as deposits, loans, POS, etc.;
• Check completeness of POS proposals by sales officers and submits the same to the department Manager for recommendation to the pertinent department;
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and or all other related reports under his area of responsibility;
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Greets and welcomes customers/clients by morality and ethics
• Gives and promotes all the Company’s products, information and services to clients by clearly and concisely
• Collects and prepares all required documents from lessee
• Cooperates and assists with Credit Officer to collect more documents from lessee and guarantor
• Checks and makes sure all credit criteria of lessee and guarantor is fully completed and organized
• Rechecks and finalizes all the client’s background, credit information after collected by the Credit Officer
• Inserts data entry of lessee’s information and send back to Branch/Head Office
• Makes daily, Weekly and monthly reports to manager
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Plan, implement, control and evaluate sales promotion activities.
• Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance.
• Provide training to sales team to develop their potential and effectiveness.
• Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
