The Sales & Marketing Manager is a leadership role in MHL which is a part of the MGH group responsible 
for designing & implementing nationwide distribution network and ensuring best in class service across 
the Pharma Industry. 
 Reporting to the Business Director will closely work with the MHL & IBL multi-functional team and the key 
responsibilities include driving sales both volume and value in the Pharma channel, optimum coverage 
and superior initiative planning and execution. 
 The primary responsibilities include :
- Developing, aligning and deploying Action Plans/Strategies for the Sales Organization 
meeting/beating goals for his/her team.
- Own budgets / Trade Spends (Deployment/Tracking and Execution) for each Cluster.
- Lead Route to Market efforts in optimizing Pharma coverage efficiently and effectively. 
- Design National Distribution Network and structure/restructure Master Schedule in most efficient 
manner.
- Identify opportunities in expanding coverage for OTC brands beyond the pharmacy segment.
- Own and lead the career planning for the Sales Organization. 
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual sales forecast plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring 
that the sales team meet their goals by achieving their prescription and sales target
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer 
requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s 
marketing goals
- Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends
- Implementing new sales plan and product promotion strategies
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales team to meet sales 
and marketing objectives
- Maintaining relationships with important KOLs and other clients by making regular visits, 
understanding their needs and anticipating new market opportunities
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops 
and maintaining the personal and professional networks
- Maintaining all kinds of communication and liaison with principle company to achieve the goal
