• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR Management
• At least 1-year experience in HR/Admin or related to recruitment or training
• Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication
• Have good communication, good interpersonal, hardworking, and honesty
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of computer applications MS Office, Internet, Email
• Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, and strong interpersonal skill
