Degree in HR field, Management and/or Law is most preferred
- HR background with at least 3 years of ongoing experiences as well as handing in compliance issues
- Proven track record in interacting, negotiating and building relationships with government sectors
- Highly confident, technically competent and able to communicate convincingly to government
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Good listening skills and personnel management skills
- Good in both Khmer and English communication
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
