• Bachelor degree of Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and time-management skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and/ other designed data base.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Training.
• Good verbal and written Khmer and English.
• Good management skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, integrity and willing to work as a team.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
