• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers • Travel with Delivery Team to collect payment (cash/cheque) from customers as per schedules & locations • Print and hand out invoice/receipt/credit note/debit note to customers • Perform payment clearing in system • Maintain safe and deposit collection to company’s bank account • Prepare Payment Collection Report, AR Aging Report, and other reports of transactions for Line Manager • Ensure no counterfeit bills are received from customers • Assist Line Manager in handling petty cash transactions and reports • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

- To control payment voucher the transaction and manage remittance voucher from suppliers. - Pricing structure of each billing and up to date the list into SAP system. - To control overdue credit balance and propose to clear bad debt expense to top management. - Work closely with supplier for credit note during three months. - To verify on inventory costing structure. - Work closely with SD and issue credit memo to claim. - Monthly adjustment pre-paid expenses, Depreciation expense every month. - Business Partner & GL account Internal Reconciliation, bank reconciliation submit to top management approval. - Raise up the issue of counting stock to management and booking the subsidiary amount to expense account.

- Prepare quarterly consolidated reports and risk assessment reports - Prepare FS by branches, product types, and oversea management reports - Prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration - Ensure tax compliance in HQ and all branches - Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report to NBC - Prepare loan classification and OS reconciliation - Develop accounting policy and manual - Ensure correct treatment and posting of accounting transaction into correct GL - Implementation of IFRS - Update any new Prakas and accounting treatment to management - Coordinate with internal and external auditor - Other task assigned by line manager.
