This position is to assist CFO on overall supports to Department of the Finance, Treasury and Financial Planning. He/she will be assigned to work particularly on the projects or cooperation with Head Department to ensure well supports and functions of finance division. Working Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh Closing Date: 31-December-2020 Duties and Responsibilities: Finance: (Assist CFO to ensure company compliance with legal and financial regulations and standards, oversee the preparation of required monthly unaudited financial statements and annual audit and taxes by the required deadline, monitor accuracy maintenance of appropriate financial records, establish and updating accounting policies and procedures). Treasury: (Assist CFO in manage liquidity risk, interest rate risk and FX risk, maintain a good relationship with lenders, ensure compliance with financial covenants, ensure reports sent to NBC and other stakeholders on timeliness with accuracy, review loan agreement with lenders, raising equity and debt financing, manage assets and liabilities, establish and updating treasury policies and procedures). Financial Planning: (Assist CFO in oversee the budget process, collect the inputs and setting up the budget, monitor actual against budget, develop financial projection and annual budget and monitor daily, monthly, yearly performance). Other Tasks: (Participate in promote Hattha Bank’s reputation and staff morality, keep track of CFO’s the meeting schedule, take a minute of the meeting if needed and perform other tasks assigned by CFO).

Main Responsibilities  Supervise a team of interior design, site controlling and electricity to ensure that the project deadline is met.  Prepare project proposal based on clients’ need and concept and present it to them.  Manage interior design team by providing concept and best practice to interior design work.  Prepare quotation and propose some available material for the clients.  Follow up with interior design team and site controlling team to check up project progressive based on project schedule.  Prepare and update project schedule for each project for project progressive monitoring.  Prepare BOQ of each project and method statement  Work with sub-contractor to ensure that the given tasks are completed by schedule.  Conduct site visit to see the actual completed work vs prepared schedule, progressive project.  Check ordered material with its specification.  Provide technical support to interior design team, site controlling team, electricity team, and sub-contractor.  Make payment to sub-contractor based on contract and team of payment.  Prepare weekly report to design manager  Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Prepare project planning, organize planning, sketching, and 3D render • Establish construction drawing (Plan, elevation, detailed drawing etc) • Prepare drawing using Auto Cad, 3D MAX, Sketch Up, and other design software • Other tasks assigned by manager

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service • Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment • Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. • Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues • Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable • POP maintenance

• Correctly record and label all received PC/Laptops/other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess software issues and recommend solution and service pricing • Install software and troubleshoot software issues for customers at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Consult and ask for advices from Software Supervisor in case of meeting difficult software issues or difficult operational issues • Properly pack the repaired laptop/PC/hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Software Supervisor

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh Report to: Unit Manager of CMR for Independent Credit Review & Collateral Deadline: 04-Aug-2020 Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct Annual Credit Review for analysis the quality of loan and propose recommendation for credit risk mitigation approaches. - Conduct Independent Credit review for quality assessment and address the important issues that lead to credit risk and the compliance made in line with credit policy and procedure. - Conduct collateral validation and valuation of collateral standard pricing. - Verify the standard price of vehicle in system to make sure the up-to-date price. - Identify root cause of loan default by branches . - Contribute to mention and reduce HKL’s loan delinquency. - Assist Unit Manager of Independent Credit Review & Collateral to strengthen credit risk management by looking at the outside factors that may affect the HKL’s market and likelihood of risky event. - Address the factor/control issues and made recommends on policies and procedures for improvement. - Regular monitor and timely report to Unit Manager of Independent Credit Review & Collateral. - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
