Core Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
• delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.

• implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes.
• supervising and monitoring progress made via training program or schemes.
• ensuring employees receive statutory required training.
• designing and assessing training program.
• material preparation for recruited staff.
• prepare guaranty stock for supporting material of new and existing staff.
• supervising and monitoring staff turnover in order arranged and deal it properly.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (if any).
• Prepare payment voucher for company’s transaction;
• Verify and posting all transaction into Peach-Tree system;
• Track the payment schedule;
• Reconciliation account payable & advance;
• Receive all invoice from suppliers & document filling;
• Month end account closing;
• Oversee the company’s according and processing systems for recording all tractions;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Manage product marketing to gain awareness and get the message across to external and internal clients
• Identify market size, competitors, demands, segmentation and concise business positioning
• Develop go-to the-market strategies to address new market as well as retaining existing market base.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the management
UI/UX designers design, create, test, and implement the graphic user interfaces such as mobile apps, web apps, and so on to provide a simple interface and a good user experience for Smart subscribers
- Meet and discuss with product owners to understand their project requirements.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand technical logic.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows.
- Design and deliver wire frames, user stories, and user journeys.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how look like.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Correctly record and label all received PC/Laptops/other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space
• Assess software issues and recommend solution and service pricing
• Install software and troubleshoot software issues for customers at both AnAnA Service Center and outside
• Consult and ask for advices from Software Supervisor in case of meeting difficult software issues or difficult operational issues
• Properly pack the repaired laptop/PC/hardware and give to Customer Service Team
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Software Supervisor
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Reporting inventory loss, over, broken or any error which happen to the supervisor immediately.
- Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts.
- Prepare inventory planning, monitoring of Product and raw material by stock are not over or not shortage
- Make daily report and counting all inventory available for sale and produce
- Use FIFO method before issuing raw material or finished product to customer or order from each department
- All raw material in warehouse must be put in order and standard.
- Managing of waste after collect from other department and reduce waste
- Daily collection material damage from packaging department and make report to supervisor by monthly
- Daily collection inventory movement in warehouse to Accounting

Job requirements:
• Ensure all required reports are implemented and proper tracked (FSS & WS Call card)
• Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by DRs/Sup/WS Exc.
• Ensure the canvassing plan is followed by Supervisor, WS Executive and DSR-TL
• Ensure the stock rotation through FIFO to minimize D&D collection is executed by Field Force.
• Ensure monthly area volume is achieved by DR/Sup/WS Exc.
• Ensure the area distribution target is achieved.
• Ensure & monitor the excellence execution of any programs giving to the market are on time in full.
• Ensure Pricing compliance to trade by conducting price check during market visit
• Provide competitive activities report to Line Manager and BAT Officers on time in full.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key trade partner to gain solid support for BAT Brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Involve in chasing potential sales leads, as well as contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase or to inquire as to whether they are looking for a new product
• Escalate customer’s complaints/issues to Sales Showroom Supervisors in case s/he cannot deal with customers
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in assigned showroom area

- Responsible for supervising and providing support to Merchant Development Team in acquiring new merchants for alliance partners.
- Responsible for retaining merchant accounts both via social media and face-to-face for alliance partners.
- Perform the strategic, tactical and support functions in strengthening relationships within merchants.
- Conducts product knowledge training for prospect and existing merchants for alliance partners.
- Maintain community relations with AEON Specialized Bank alliance partners, merchants across Cambodia.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports for Assistant Manager for Merchant Development; and
- Renders other services and tasks assigned by Assistant Manager for Merchant Development from time to time.
