- Assist store officer to control the product.
- Daily update stock in and stock out
- Prepare monthly and weekly stock report
- Handle loading inventory in the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain record of the warehouse.
- Update warehouse information report to manager.
- Other duties as assigned
• Provide the information enquiries about products or services by interacting with the customers.
• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers with a warm greeting and a sincere THANK YOU.
• To interact with the customers through various ways, in person, by telephone, e-mail or regular mail, or fax and nowadays or even over the Internet.
• Train and coach for new customer service
• Issue Invoices on time and no mistake in job that has been assigned
• Making and receiving call, no complaint from other Team , customers.
• Alert for selling unusual price & Promotion to client and filling document for ref
• Completes other tasks as assigned by management.
1- Work with shipper and purchaser to check and confirm shipping document, invoice, packing list, bill of lading…………
2- Follow up ETD/ETA and update to relevant parties and shipment log.
3- Prepare and ensure that all shipping document including, import permit, stamped invoice/packing list and authorization are passed to broker timely for custom clearance.
4- Work closely and follow up with broker and trucker to ensure delivery is made as plan.
5- Verify invoice from broker before passing to manager for payment approval.
6- Weekly update shipping scheduling, containers tracking and report to supervisor/manager.
7- Escalate and seek for support immediately when facing any issue.
8- Any other duty assign by superior/manager.
•Perform maintenance tasks as assigned and reports the progress to the Maintenance Supervisor;
•Perform manual repairs when necessary (fixing locks, door, etc.);
•Maintain operational equipment to make sure they are functional and cleaned according to standard requirement;
•Install and modify the new and existing equipment;
•Prepare maintenance report and submit to Supervisor;
•Do the monthly check on the office and operational equipment;
•Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Setup new store network and software (internet, point of sale, cctv camera, printer…) based on infrastructure provided by head of IT;
• Install and configure POS system for stores;
• Manage and maintain POS system;
• Collect and analyze reports of POS system;
• Support users (both office and stores) by installing needed software, check on the problem that users request to help and find solution to fix
• Troubleshoot computer maintenance: hardware and software;
• Provide IT support for HO, T&C, TAK and Lotteria stores;
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
