• Manage branding of ANANA to its best value and high visibility
• Manage product marketing to gain awareness and get the message across to external and internal clients
• Identify market size, competitors, demands, segmentation and concise business positioning
• Develop go-to the-market strategies to address new market as well as retaining existing market base.
• Analyze and manage profitability by product
• Develop products to targeted market
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management
• Provide a selection of services to the customer with the ability to use the machines

• Prepare all service rooms every morning
• Count stock every week/month
• Prepare order list when stock count is low
• Assist doctors when required
• Train/transfer practical knowledge and skills to new members in the clinic
• Keep clear records of the patient’s machine settings in their files
• Focus and pay attention to the customer’s problem area in order to achieve maximum results
• Clean and sterilize use in clinic equipment.
• Deliver sales target assigned by the management
• Manage, motivate, train, develop and coach sales team
• Evaluate and identify sales performance of the team and explore opportunity to maximize business outcome.
• Follow up and update sales status
• Observe competitor’s products and activities and consolidate and send the report to management
• Key in customer information and requirement in sales
• Participate in sales promotion activities
• Prepare email templates for all Internet salespersons and managers to use
• Analyze the local market Internet pricing environment
• Develop a pricing strategy to profitably compete for the Internet customer both on-line and off-line
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit to management
• Present reports showing the effectiveness of Internet sales persons and managers
