EADECO (Cambodia) is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers
• Travel with Delivery Team to collect payment (cash/cheque) from customers as per schedules & locations
• Print and hand out invoice/receipt/credit note/debit note to customers
• Perform payment clearing in system
• Maintain safe and deposit collection to company’s bank account
• Prepare Payment Collection Report, AR Aging Report, and other reports of transactions for Line Manager
• Ensure no counterfeit bills are received from customers
• Assist Line Manager in handling petty cash transactions and reports
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job requirements:
• Ensure all required reports are implemented and proper tracked (FSS & WS Call card)
• Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by DRs/Sup/WS Exc.
• Ensure the canvassing plan is followed by Supervisor, WS Executive and DSR-TL
• Ensure the stock rotation through FIFO to minimize D&D collection is executed by Field Force.
• Ensure monthly area volume is achieved by DR/Sup/WS Exc.
• Ensure the area distribution target is achieved.
• Ensure & monitor the excellence execution of any programs giving to the market are on time in full.
• Ensure Pricing compliance to trade by conducting price check during market visit
• Provide competitive activities report to Line Manager and BAT Officers on time in full.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key trade partner to gain solid support for BAT Brands.
• Ensure all relevant permanent merchandising units are monitored

*Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
*Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
*Managing campaigns on social media
*Writing and proofreading creative copy
*Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
*Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
*Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
*Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
*Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service
*Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters and DVDs
*Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate
• Managing different Junior and Senior Accountants or
Finance from different
• Consolidate and verify all reports from each task
• Control Petty Cash
• Control AP and AR
• Knowledge about the inventory accounting system
• Bookkeeping all the transactions into the system Basic
POSM or accounting software
• Prepare monthly payroll
• Generate or Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-
flow and other financial statement
• Prepare Monthly sale & Inventory report
• Reconcile bank statement with the cash book and with
the system as well
• Prepare monthly purchase report
• Control the billing process and payment to the suppliers
and vendors

Description
• Control the correct delivering & receiving of goods and inform appropriate supervisor in case of discrepancies.
• All kind of products (SKU) must be ready for retail and whole sales operation
• Inform to concern persons to be strictly implementing of FIFO procedure, by following products code
• Closely monitoring with SOH in order to have sufficiency stocks for replenishment of all particularly location.
• Maintain all warehouses area are clean and well organised way.
• Respect merchandising guidelines.
• Control expiring date and ensure efficient stock rotation.
• Ensure the understanding and adherence to standard policies
• Assist in executing daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventories.
• Make sure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention
• Unloading, Offloading goods from truck-warehouse-truck.
• Assure that all activities of warehousing and systems correct with the need of the company.

- Daily stock control (stock in & stock out).
- Make daily, monthly and yearly stock report.
- Monthly and annually stock count.
- Receiving and verifying from the purchase order list to purchaser.
- Reporting loss, damage and any such difference to director.
- Supervise and daily update stock inventories of showrooms.
- Supervise on product’s manufacture date and expire date, then report to director.
- Keeping record and maintaining cycle count of inventories in stock.
- Organizing all the goods in stock in correct order and well.
- Ensure that the stock key always with you and lock it after leave.
- Ensure that every items in & out from stock, you must know all.
- Other duties assigned Manager.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Attends required Housekeeping training programs.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
- Carries out assigned tasks by supervisors and ensure that job is carried out as instructed.
- Maintains cleanliness of public areas of the mall property.
- Sweep, mop back hallway, stairwell, and housekeeping areas.
- Clean male and female restrooms. (Polish all brass fixtures; replenish restroom supplies like toilet paper, hand, soap, etc.)
- Buff car park, housekeeping hallway daily as needed.
- Clean all service elevators on a daily basis.
- Pick up new supplies at loading dock.
- Store new supplies in the proper storage areas.
- Collects all garbage and makes sure that all areas are cleared before shift finishes.
- Take all trash to compactor.
- Must be able to perform special projects assigned by the PM shift leader.
- Must be able to assist in other duties.
- Reports to supervisor for any loss and damage. (Furniture, fixtures and equipment).
- Maintains Housekeeping machine and equipment.
- Attends daily briefing to share special information and discuss company policies and any complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area.
- Responsible for handle lost and found.
- All other duties as required.
