- Handling the regular management report and meeting preparation (Weekly/Monthly/BOD and SH meeting) - Able to do the report analysis and explanation to manager - Assisting Manager for the annual budget preparation with closely communicate with all related stakeholders both internal TCAM and external such as TTAP and TTC - Maintaining and setting up Department SOPs as well as policies - Good communication among the team and cross department as well as external parties - Assisting Manager to coach the subordinates to perform the work effectively - Performing other tasks as assigned by Manager

• Attend trade fairs at provinces and overseas • Help to promote, invoice, sampling and testing • Prepare daily and weekly sales report to sale manager • Follow up to maintain customers and develop new customers • Analyse customers research data and market conditions • Monitor channels, expiration and directly visit customers • Others tasks assigned by supervision

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service • Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment • Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. • Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues • Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable • POP maintenance

• Correctly record and label received PC/Other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess hardware issues and recommend repairing solution and service pricing • Repair hardware and/or similar devices at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Suggest Hardware Team Leader to order hardware’s parts for the purpose of replacement • Consult and ask for advices from Hardware Team Leader in case of meeting difficult hardware issues or any other operational issues • Properly pack the repaired PC/other hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report of the team to Hardware Team Leader

• Design marketing communication materials for company all brands • Provide creative design concepts for all promotions, Leaflets,… • Work with teams and assist another department in briefing and advising them regarding design style, format, print production, and timescales • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites; • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required; • Support the Digital Marketing team in designing all artworks for posting in the social media; Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Meet or exceed sales objectives and assist in company’s marketing activities Principal Responsibilities  Meet minimum sales targets set by the Sales & Marketing Manager  Identify new opportunities with new prospects.  Making cold calls to new prospects on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.  Support customer acquisition activities, including marketing events, trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events.  Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.  Give presentations and briefings to prospects as needed.  Continually learn new product and industry knowledge and improve selling skills through both online and face-to-face meeting.  Grow the customer & prospect database
