Duties • Creating a database of interior & furniture • Picking of fabric , furniture and other relative interior material • have an art background • able to sketch perspective ( for quick concept) • understanding detail design to make good finishing • Work with other departments to come out the required design work • Understanding client's needs and developing design concepts • Supervise assistants during product design or installation • able to travel to site ( in BTB/ Phnom Penh)

-Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications -Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects -Working around constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget -Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists -Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments -Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts -Specifying the requirements for the project -Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction -Playing a part in project and team management -Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings -Other task shall be assigned.

Works directly with team to design, organize, purge, and display, including home stores, showrooms, and customer residences. Responsible for total store support display recovery directed by Visual Lead, Assist with receiving accessories, placement of new products Assist with creating floor plan – 2D or 3D, including store’s layout plan, customer demands, product focus, and flexibility to travel to service multiple projects. Work with the store Manager, store staff in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, images, and point of sale materials for the store Mentor store staff on merchandising basics, and assist in communicating the company’s visual merchandising standards Perform basic daily, weekly, and monthly total store recovery Maintain reliable attendance, and adheres to work schedule, or deadline.

Description: As part of the Architecture Discipline, the Project Architect works independently supervising a small staff, within a collaborative environment, for project specific solutions that advance the design for site development, building organization, massing, plan configuration, material selection, architectural image and aesthetic for projects. The Project Architect develops the design approach for small to medium sized projects with many complexities and program requirements. This position coordinates with the architectural, interiors and engineering team to develop design solutions that meet the client’s objectives and the firm’s goals for design excellence, financial viability and quality service.

The role of Structural Drafter is to ensure the structure design withstand stresses and pressure imposed through environmental and human use without any deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively or collapse. The Team is also expected to prepare reports and work with architects, urban planners and other professionals. A structural drafter works off of design guidelines, measurements and calculations, which are typically set by an engineer. Drafters complete the design by finishing all details and adding or deleting necessary components. They may serve as a liaison between engineers and construction workers on certain projects. • Create Engineering drawings on CAD and 3D using AutoCAD Revit • Prepare Architectural designs when needed • Performs AutoCAD drafting of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical as well as As-Built drawings and red line drawings • Able to produce Shop Drawings and Fabrication drawings is an advantage • Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating drawings to ensure timely construction • Must have the ability to read and interpret drawings • To prepare and issue documentary requirements related to his scope. • Other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor. • Analyse configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure; • Calculate the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes; • Consider the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design
