• Promoting and sale loan products • Collecting and investigate documents for loan assessment • Analyzing borrowers’ business plans and financial status • Making field visit, appraise collateral and writ loan analysis report • Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment • Building and maintaining good relationship with clients and authority officers • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained • Ensuring policy and guideline compliance • Negotiating and decision making over setting conditions

• Overlooking new clients assisting in applying process • Evaluating interpreting clients’ financial condition characteristics to ensure borrower’s repayment capacity • Collecting reporting clients’ information • Verifying analyzing documents provided by clients • Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) business places the clients • Monitoring following up whole loan process order ensure satisfactory clients prompt repayment • Maintaining good relation clients • Ensuring policy guideline compliance • Negotiating decision making over setting conditions • Perform other duties required.

• Handles for all loan process, application, and assessment by smoothly working with sales & marketing team/clients • Promotes and provides our company’s product & service to the clients by confidently and professionally • Interviews and prepares the document for lessee in order to process the applied application • Completes all documents and application forms of lessee • Analyzes and justifies the lessee’s ability and income by accurately • Makes an appointment with the lessee before conducting a field check. • Collects all lessee’s information and data before report to line manager • Updates and informs the status to lessee after getting the approval or rejection from Management • Ensures the loan and process meet the compliance regulation • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Make phone call to delinquent to customers to receive the promise to pay • Conduct field collection activities according to Manager/ Senior’s instruction • Prepare the weekly collection activities plan, and report daily and monthly • Build communication with the local authority • Provide support to other department of the company • Conduct motorbike repossession from the delinquent customers for selling • Prepare the application for bad dept write-off for the delinquent customers who meet the write-off criteria • Perform other task assigned by management.

I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB • Implement and manage strong Microfinance IT system for the company • Setup process as per directions of BOD • Coordinate with global IT team and do continuous system customization as per market. • Create strong trained microfinance team for Company. • Manage and define strong process from loan disbursement to collection II. MAIN DUTIES • Working closely with external consultant and internal to meet the project timelines, • Prepare the report and analysis cost by department, • Provide coaching and training to officer staff, • Prepare the schedule of work for annual budget preparation to ensure the end-to-end process (tool design, data collection, consolidation, review and analysis) of the New Year budget is completed on time in accordance with the time table. • Develop and update the annual budgeting tool to simplify data entry and send to all stakeholders to produce the annual budget. • Prepare budget guidelines and key assumptions and ensure their correctness and appropriateness for management review. • Communicate with and follow up stakeholders to obtain budget figures and collect required data to ensure annual budgets are produced within deadline. • Consolidate annual budget figures provided by provincial offices and HQ to produce accurate and reliable results and achievable and implementable targets within BOD deadline. • Prepare the draft annual budget by verifying data quality, financial assumptions and consolidation to ensure the results are reliable and submitted on time for review by the manager before the annual budget is submitted to senior management for approval. • Develop the mid-term financial projection guidelines and key assumptions. • Update the mid-term financial projection tool to simplify data entry and circulate to all stakeholders for use in defining long-term financial goals. • Prepare the mid-term financial projection guidelines and key assumptions and ensure their correctness and appropriateness before they are submitted to senior management for approval. • Perform the other tasks assigned by management.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s loan sales programs and supervision of the loan sales team. - Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily sales activities with sale team - Proactively find new ways to build and grow bank’s loan portfolio - Prepare and presence loan sale reports and loan industry market updates and market study for senior management and credit committee - Responsible for loan operations management and the supervision of the loan operations staffs - Manage and supervise the daily activities and processes of the loan operation department including loan processing, appraisal, evaluation, documentation, releasing, loan monitoring, administration, data entry, collection, recovery. - Work to continually enhance and streamline the bank’s loan processes. - Develop, review and update credit policies, credit strategy, and credit scoring models to predict risks. - Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests by doing adequate research and sale probing and adhering to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan practices - Comply with all laws and regulation and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank loan practices - Other task assign by Senior Operation Manger/ CEO.

- Assist Credit Manager to set up sale plan and execute promotion activities to targeted area; - Lead and enforce team members to take an effective action to hit target. - Monitoring, training, and coaching team members regarding to internal policies, procedure, and guideline or technical skills to improve and ensure everyone in team produce high performance; - Create marketing channels and connection with business owner, related field personnel, and authorities to enlarge volume of loan portfolio; - Conduct site activities in such of loan assessment, collateral evaluation, and overdue loan recovering; - Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies, guideline, and regulation; - Responsible for preparing and submitting of loan applications to credit committee; - Monitor on risk management related to loan portfolio and overall performing and report to Credit Manager on periodic basis; - Training and involve in recruitment for the department if needed; - Conduct on staff annual appraisal and probation performance review on time basis, - Other task assign by Credit Manager.
