• Operate, monitor, maintain and manage of transmission, IP core and access network level • Provision and activate the services offering customers • Faulty identification of network problems, and fast rectification by coordinating with vendors/suppliers/field engineers/contractors • Restore service as quickly as possible to minimize impact customer's business • Manage network operation healthy and securely • Operation and maintenance NMS alert system to response incident on time • Day-to-day technical operation activities and support customers • Network technical support for customers 24x7 hours • Receive, document and record all incidents notification in system • Troubleshoot and escalate ticket to higher level for customers and network issue • Communicate and facilitate with other department, local & international partners and AAG community • Closely monitor network operation and follow up with customers with specific time for incident

- Supervise of site/technical architectural works to ensure all works are compliance with the engineer’s specification and contract, drawings/specification and instructions - Carry out to inspect and check of the architectural works to ensure quality of work with safety concern at site - Assist on reviewing the submission of Architectural samples, shop drawing, and other related documents from consultants and contractor - Monitor and tracking to site construction progress - Maintain proper site records and reporting

• Implement the framework, and ongoing day to day management of the assigned construction projects. Provide ongoing operational and day-to-day support to the construction management team. • Manage the construction budgets, schedules and cash flows • Provide accurate reporting / forecasting in relation to project costs • Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/ main contractor • Coordinate the RFI’s, Submittals, Site Inspections, and all other Construction Administration required to ensure a successful project • Manage commissioning reports, operational handover document packages, and provide a seamless transfer from construction to the operational teams • Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meeting, and prepare minutes meetings • Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control • Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to main contractor • Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed • Communicate with design team, procurement and management team to keep the project in effective process • Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met • Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior

• Monitor all workers at site to ensure that work getting done as plan and done on time. • Interact with sales manager for clarification in architectural. • Follow up the working process at site ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning. • Conduct regular site inspections. • Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project. • Accurately check and make order on construction materials. • Inspect and control site construction progress work. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to the site manager and project manager. • Request, inspect and control construction materials. • Other tasks assigned by director supervisor.

• Carry out installation of different types of air conditioning system such as single split system and VRF system • Carry out testing and commissioning together with the AC supplier. • Performs system process like leak testing, vacuuming and refrigerant charging.

• Coordinate all site inspections with Site Engineers and Sub contractor • Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and all attached documents are in current status • Assist construction team for resolving issues and discrepancies • Coordinate with construction team to ensure that communication/coordination exist and maintained • Prepare site instruction and non-conformance report and assist developing corrective actions. • Propose an optimization options to QC Manager in order to solve any conflict between Architectural drawings, other trade discipline and conditions of construction. • Performs document filing for all related Architectural/Civil documents as per quality management system (QMS) procedure. • Perform other related job assigned by QC Manager

• Assuring the electrical system is in good working order and all electrical appliances are in good working order, includes call lights, emergency power, door signals, fire alarms and exit lights and water systems. • Prepare and study technical drawing and specification of electrical system and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operation conform to standard • Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects and products. • Operate monitor and administer to discuss existing or potential engineering project and products • Assist trouble shooting electrical system of DC and AC system such as generator, UPS, Rectifier, and inverter systems.

• Control outsource team for good quality on laying cable, must check spared cable & splitter box on customer’s pole & must note clearly spared cable meters to make sure outsource team has spared cable on pole properly. • Draft map drawing with clear numbers of pole for reference • Survey by Google Earth and by on site (walk and measure the cable length & sketch cable route by hand) • Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable. • Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground. • OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as: o Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested, o Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team, o Responsible for all maintenance cases on time,
