We are seeking to recruit for proficient in restaurant field, Floor Supervisor. You will be a floor supervisor to manage the whole restaurant,
You are responsible for training new staff and disciplining of restaurant staff. Managing the whole restaurant; customer service, employees requires training and dealing with restaurant policies to the worker, scheduling shifts. Customer service duties for a restaurant floor supervisor include taking complaint and greeting customer. Floor Supervisor are physically present on the restaurant floor to monitor the quality of the service and in order to ensure the restaurant complies with the local health and safety codes for eating establishments. Facilitate to perform the administrative duties, such as ordering inventory and supplies, tallying receipts, preparing deposits, and processing employee management. And floor supervisor will be performed any related duties and assignment as required.
Our new restaurant outlet will be opened soon; we are therefore is looking for cook helper to serve guest with their art of culinary skill and amazing food taste experience.
Comiss II require preparing food to serve guest. Prepare foods decoration base on Kitchen department policy and procedure. Controlling the inventory and check it every month. Other jobs assign by Group Head Chef.

• Source and develop new products applicable to local market, regional specialties and Japanese culture
• Create and implement new products, dishes, menus
• Maintain/monitor labor & food costs in line with the Hotel’s requirements

• Control cost on food by standard recipes, update cost, purchasing spec, menu costing, menu engineering,
• Undertake daily food ordering following guidelines and procedures establish by purchasing manager and executive chef
• Organize daily kitchen team meeting to maintain standards and operations
• Train and develop the kitchen team
• Follow Hotel’s Food Hygiene standards,
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software (Training offer),order slips or by memorization
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Training and development all crew member
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
- Inventory management (Monthly and daily stock record and counting)
- Sales forecasting with manager
- Conduct and monitor of food safety and security for all employee
- Maintain company’s policies and standard
- Coaching, support and motivate crew member
- Planning, Organizing, Controlling and managing to improve restaurant process and better
performance
- Oversee and ensure that crew member provide great service, great product quality and clean restaurant
- Work with restaurant manager to find strategies to increase daily sales and staff performance
