- Control whole export - Issue Tax Invoice & Debit Noted, Issue BL - Checking and update system - Closing P&L - Deal with customer and oversea agent for any inquires or doubts. - Communicate with warehouse team - Keep follow up with customer and take care of them. - To do monthly Report Export submit directly to Boss

The main purpose of the “Senior Officer, Policy and Reporting” position is responsible for develop and design of process and reporting of the operational risk and fraud management to Managements and group on time. To ensuring policies and reporting are accurate and completeness for operator and to group. The role will assist the Unit Manager of OFM for Policy and reporting to make clear of all policies and procedures are well designed and updated on time. Location: Head Office - Phnom Penh Duties and Responsibilities .Assist to collect operational risk incidents, KRIs from related department for KS. .Analysis on operational risk incidents and KRIs with recommendation to managements for risk mitigation. .Monitor policies, procedures for operational risk and fraud management to be updated and alert to relevant person. .Assist to develop, maintain and drive the implementation of Business Continuity Management. .Manage quality control of all Business Continuity Plan records with summary result of BCP rehearsal to Excom, KS. .Assist to Unit Manager in preparing reports for the executive management and the board of director, and other committee that involve with operational risk and fraud management. .Assist to prepare and verify monthly and quarterly risk management report including operational risk. .Design reporting templates of operational risk and fraud management. .Perform additional tasks and any duties as required by line Managers.
