• Greet and approach customers arriving at AnAnA’s showroom
• Assist the customer with any enquiries and attempt to understand the customer's needs, price range and so on, as rapidly as possible
• Provides viewings and discussions of appropriate products: hardware and accessories within the showroom; in order to complete a sale, s/he may draw a customer's attention to key features of a product or perhaps re-negotiate a product's selling price.
• Involve in chasing potential sales leads, as well as contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase or to inquire as to whether they are looking for a new product
• Escalate customer’s complaints/issues to Sales Showroom Supervisors in case s/he cannot deal with customers
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in assigned showroom area
• Count, refill, clean & cover products in showroom
• Ability of explaining warranty policy
• Teamwork—how well getting along with other peers
• Ability in dealing with customer complaints

• research about potential clients
• attend events to find clients
• make contracts with clients
• visit potential clients
• follow up with clients
• Place calls or arrange meetings with potential clients to identify their requirements and needs
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Ensure physical involvement in operation of route when staff shortages arise
• Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management and prepare sales plan
• Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns / promotional activities
• Conduct regular meetings with sale team for feedback on status of sales
• Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force
• Monitor daily activities of salesman and follow up on sales progress & accomplishments
• Welcome customers walk in and out in the showroom
• Sell IT goods in showroom to consumers such as Desktop, Laptop, UPS, Printer, Copier, Projector, etc.
• If can sell Server, Storage, Networking, Security, CCTV, and Project is an advantage
• Prepare quotation for customers and follow up by phone or email
• Control stock of products displaying in showroom
• Keep clean and attractiveness of products display
