• Writing various contents for marketing department, editing words and commenting on artworks such as x-stand, flyers, leaflets, backdrops, banners, coupons, vouchers before printing or posting on social media. • Working with designers to propose ideas for the company’s Facebook Page posting • Translating company’s documents from English-Khmer, Khmer-English • Editing, Proofreading the news contents from other writers before posting on company’s news website. • Writing and translating news articles for the company’s news website.

• Correctly record and label all received PC/Laptops/other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess software issues and recommend solution and service pricing • Install software and troubleshoot software issues for customers at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Consult and ask for advices from Software Supervisor in case of meeting difficult software issues or difficult operational issues • Properly pack the repaired laptop/PC/hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Software Supervisor

• Developing initiatives to activate and strengthen customer relationship for the Bank’s existing customer base to push cash management service utilization • Constantly finding out about market needs on cash management/transaction banking, building business cases to support new product initiatives and working with the team to develop product packages/bundles/initiatives to generate sales and maximize the Bank’s fee-based revenues • Constantly working with the team to enhance existing products and services based on the customers’ needs, competitor benchmarking, and the Bank’s policy • Developing action plans and strategies to channel the Bank’s new and existing products and services • Identifying customer segment and constantly developing strong and healthy pipeline/potential deals to grow customer base for cash management/transaction banking activities • Regularly providing supports and training across various customer touch-points, including branches, sales team, call centre etc. • Supporting sales calls and participating in response to Request For Proposals from customers where required • Attending day-to-day business operation within Business Development Team • Others tasks as assigned by line manager

• Reports to the Operations Manager • Keeping good relations with existing customers that use our trade finance service and try to find new trade finance customers. • Handle Import and Export Documents. • Check all Import and Export Documents such as Letter of Credit, Shipping Guarantees and Import/Export Bills. • Monitor Bills Due and Ensure bills promptly settled. • Perform checking of all documentary credit documents. • Prepare weekly report of activities and promotion of trade finance services. • Prepare monthly report of balancing outstanding of LC and BG. • Assist with branch to meet trade clients upon their requested. • Ensures inward and outward remittances, Foreign Exchange as well as other trade finance transactions, are processed accurately and in a timely fashion • Acts as system approver for all Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer transactions and other SWIFT financial messages (MTs) • Ensures required funding, if any, is promptly sourced and correspondent account is always adequately funded. • Ensures timely response to inquiries from Correspondent Banks regarding SWIFT transactions/messages • Strives to improve overall workflow and coordinates with the Front Office and possibly customers for handling exceptions • In charge for the training and development of the staff in the department • Monitors RMA (Relationship Management Application) • Confirms foreign exchange deal with our corporate banks • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or CEO from time to time

• Promoting and sale loan products • Collecting and investigate documents for loan assessment • Analyzing borrowers’ business plans and financial status • Making field visit, appraise collateral and writ loan analysis report • Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment • Building and maintaining good relationship with clients and authority officers • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained • Ensuring policy and guideline compliance • Negotiating and decision making over setting conditions

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare loan documents as per bank’s checklist • Analyze loan application and ensure all documents are complete and are compliant with bank’s policy and procedure • Discuss and recommend loan to Deputy Loan Operations Manager/ Loan Operations Manager • Prepare loan documents and presentation for Credit Committee Meeting • Prepare legal documents and loan file for branch • Other tasks as assigned by Deputy Loan Operations Manager/ Loan Operations Manager
