Main Responsibilities  Supervise a team of interior design, site controlling and electricity to ensure that the project deadline is met.  Prepare project proposal based on clients’ need and concept and present it to them.  Manage interior design team by providing concept and best practice to interior design work.  Prepare quotation and propose some available material for the clients.  Follow up with interior design team and site controlling team to check up project progressive based on project schedule.  Prepare and update project schedule for each project for project progressive monitoring.  Prepare BOQ of each project and method statement  Work with sub-contractor to ensure that the given tasks are completed by schedule.  Conduct site visit to see the actual completed work vs prepared schedule, progressive project.  Check ordered material with its specification.  Provide technical support to interior design team, site controlling team, electricity team, and sub-contractor.  Make payment to sub-contractor based on contract and team of payment.  Prepare weekly report to design manager  Other tasks assigned by line manager.

•Setup new store network and software (internet, point of sale, cctv camera, printer…) based on infrastructure provided by head of IT; •Install and configure POS system for stores; •Manage and maintain POS system; •Collect and analyze reports of POS system; •Support users (both office and stores) by installing needed software, check on the problem that users request to help and find solution to fix •Troubleshoot computer maintenance: hardware and software; •Provide IT support for HO, T&C, TAK and Lotteria stores; •Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Mend Sales Gallery to serve walk in clients • Knowledgeable about property sales • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; • Gathering market and customer information; • Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; • Advising on forthcoming project developments • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales Manager.

- To supervise overall technical responsibility of MEP to ensure good quality of project delivery. - Review shop drawing and specification for compliance with construction documents. - Record and report project status regularly - Coordinate and Monitor closely to site construction progress - Inspect on site safety practice by contractor - Coordinate between consultants and contractors on shop drawing and material submission - Witness testing and commissioning to ensure all MEP system comply with project specification. - Highlight to the engineer any discrepancies of drawings or specification before commencement of inspection.

· Collect Sale cash, check cash count with close shift, and do report cash sale report. · Do payment of daily and monthly expense, Lady Drink and payroll (salary pay on hand). · Do to deposit cash in bank for Payroll · Preparing money exchange · Do reconcile cash on hand and pretty cash with cash count every day when finish working · Do cash book and bank book report every day · Do reconcile cash book and bank book with Accountant (Quick Books or Accounting System) the end of month.
