• Meet Sales target as assigned by the manager • Greet and approach customers arriving at AnAnA’s showroom • Assist the customer with any enquiries and attempt to understand the customer's needs, price range and so on, as rapidly as possible • Provides viewings and discussions of appropriate products: hardware and accessories within the showroom; in order to complete a sale, s/he may draw a customer's attention to key features of a product or perhaps re-negotiate a product's selling price. • Involve in chasing potential sales leads, as well as contacting previous customers to check their satisfaction with their purchase or to inquire as to whether they are looking for a new product • Escalate customer’s complaints/issues to Sales Showroom Supervisors in case s/he cannot deal with customers • Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in assigned showroom area • Count, refill, clean & cover products in showroom • Ability of explaining warranty policy • Teamwork—how well getting along with other peers • Ability in dealing with customer complaints

•Provide support to Production Manager in collecting and providing all the production data to determine overall and individual performances, estimating and following up the production capacity in lines with the plan , quality of all the related sections and theirs workers and reporting any variances and support Production Manager in developing plans to mitigate the issues. •Support Production Manager in driving Continuous Improvement projects. •To cooperate with other supervisors in the production department in managing, balancing, training the labor force to maintain the company's production schedule and quality. •Continuously strive to raise standards of housekeeping in the production area. Support implementation of 6S methodology. •Should be aware of problem solving tools and should practice Corrective Action Preventive Action approach in problem solving. •To track and determine the performance of the workers in the assigned sections and provide them continuous feedback with objective of efficiency improvement •Facilitate the polishing skills training and ensure the training run properly as per guideline. •To create scientific, plan, reporting charts and other necessary diagrams for keeping in record and reporting of productivity. •Support Production Manager to set the procedure and instruction for the sections as required so that the workers can follow. •To comply with all the company's regulation during the working time. •To comply with the health and safety procedure and regulation during the working time. To obey all the machine operation manual, company's facilities maintenance and protection regulation. •To find out in advance any equipment and production issues so as to have soon action plan to prevent any serious problem. •To cooperate with other supervisors in the ICPL & QC department to ensure all the shipment s is on schedule. •To develop necessary reports and reporting systems in order to record and save all the production data for productivity / quality/ cost analysis. Use the same data to provide feedbacks to workers about their productivity and to manage various production steps with the aim to ensuring and reporting exactly the section's productivity, production cost as well as quality. To work closely with other support functions in particular HR, Engineering, Purchase departments towards developing effective feedback loop with objective of improving effectiveness. •Support production manager to prepare the target chart for trainees and polishers following the company policy. Record properly the actual stone produced by trainees and polishers, produce the monthly report and submit to production manager and relevant persons as require by the company •Taking minute of meeting in production or as instruct by manager. •Keep record of stock and make purchase plans for the necessary tools, equipment and consumable. •Support Production Manager in tracking budget for the Production and reporting any abnormality and developing action plan for the same. •Execute other tasks/project as assign by manager

Main duties * Employee - Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Assist department managers with interviewing candidates, recruitment process and performance monitoring. - Assist department managers and supervisors with monthly staff schedules. - Assist department managers with the development of training programs. - Manage staff payroll and other staff payment. - Maintain individual personnel files (including job descriptions, performance, salary reviews, disciplinary notices, and other pertinent information) - Report all employee inquiries to the Company. - Make monthly time clock system report, assess daily attendance. - Maintain individual employee records for sick – personal and annual leave. - Support department managers with scheduling annual leave. - Process official HR letters, certificates, staff awards, warning letters, termination and other letters requested by Ministry in Khmer and English. - Organize team building and sport activities, staff party, staff birthday and other activities. - Manage staff uniform, including quotation and quality issues. - Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. * Compliance - Work with Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training for staff movement report and any update required by Ministry. - Work with Ministry of Interior, Security and safety related to Guard training and any update required by Ministry. - Work closely with all department managers for any issue by Sangkat to find solution in priority period. - National Social Security Fund, included monthly Payment, Reporting, and any claim back for employee. * Packaging stock - Prepare weekly packaging requirements for The Shop branches. - Work with Finance department to survey for new supplier with competition quotation. - Make monthly packaging report and reorder to fill the stock levels. - Maintain Office supply. - Maintain first Aid supply.

• Control outsource team for good quality on laying cable, must check spared cable & splitter box on customer’s pole & must note clearly spared cable meters to make sure outsource team has spared cable on pole properly. • Draft map drawing with clear numbers of pole for reference • Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable. • Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground. • OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as: - Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested - Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team - Responsible for all maintenance cases on time

• Ensure the office reception is in the very welcomed manner for both direct walk-in visitors or phone calls • Perform clerical duties and receptionist for AnAnA Group with the appreciate distribution of correspondence, including letters, notices, memorandum… • Ensure the meeting rooms are managed and served well for requested employees • Assist in drafting and typing documents requested by Line Manager • Promptly update staff contact list • Provide logistic assistance to CEO when requested • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assign work areas • Do other tasks as require by the company
