We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfil the position of Clinic Technician ( Faceline Clinic)
- Answering phone calls
- Managing and resolving customer complaints through phone calls
- Providing customers with product, service and promotional information
- Entering and updating customer information into system
- Control daily cash income & expense (by policy)
- Checking supporting documents
- Handing cash collection, and bank conciliation
- Handing cash standing report
• Daily call follows up payment customer which due date
• Daily check invoice list received from delivery team and follow up lack invoice from team delivery
• Daily book filling invoice, Credit Memo, Credit noted, Receipt, Sale Order, Pro-forma Invoice
• Daily file commercial invoices attached with invoices from warehouse system and group by customer name
• Daily arrange invoice due term for collector to collect payment
• Prepare authorized letter for collectors for some customer s which needed
• Receive phone to support collector about payment problem (Issue the wrong name of cheque and other)
• Received phone call to support customers and sales about problem invoice issuing
• Send Receipt to customer which transfer by bank as E-mail when customer suggest
• Make all invoice that already paid as a book in each month
- Convince the customer to know the quality of product.

The focus of Sales Operations is to optimize the effectiveness of the district sales team by providing support to the District Sales Team and Manager. Key responsibilities...
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
• Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
• Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
• Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems
• Use web-based tools to create advanced SaaS when applicable

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor Log files, users’ access, intrusion detection & intrusion prevention system, physical security, premises, and another network activity on daily basis.
- Assist manager for project implementing and implementation security solutions.
- Schedule perform a penetration test on applications and network firewall external/internal.
- Update training materials and provide training on information security awareness to all staffs.
- Assist in the research, development, communication, maintaining, and work with the related operational units and departments on the enforcement of Information security architecture, policies, procedures, solutions and standards.
- Report on information security status, incidents, and recommend an appropriate resolution.
